Dharti's word famous dutch babies. Can be made savoury or sweet and is a nice treat in the morning.

Ingredients
- 4tbsp of Unsalted Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 1 & 1/4 cup of 2% Milk
- 1 & 1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
- 1tsp Salt
- 2tbsp White Sugar
- 1tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 2 Blood Oranges
- Icing sugar
- Jam (Optional)
- 1 pinch of Saffron (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- Add butter to a large cast iron pan
- Put the eggs in warm water to get them to room tempurature
- Microwave milk for 45s to get it to room tempurature
- (Optional Dharti move) add saffron to the warm milk
- Mix salt, sugar, flour in a bowl
- Blend eggs until they become frothy
- Add milk to the blender and blend again
- Add the dry mix in and blend again
- Heat the cast iron pan in the oven until the butter is melted
- Thinly slice blood oranges and put half of them on the buttered pan
- Sprinkle brown sugar on blood oranges
- Pour in half the batter
- Sprinkle some jam on top of the batter
- Pour in the rest of the batter
- Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes (or until risen)
- Top with anything you want. Here we did blood orange slices, blueberry compote, and a dusting of icing sugar.
