🇲🇽Mexican Crema¶
A nice lime & cilantro crema for tacos or pretty much any mexican food, especially seafood.
Ingredients¶
- 3 heaping tbps Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 2 heaping tbps of Mayo
- A bunch of Cilantro
- 1tbsp of Dijon
- 1 Lime, squeezed
- Salt + Pepper
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1 shake of hing (asafoetida)
- 1tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
Instructions¶
- Juice the lime
- Mix everything in a bowl until there are no clumps
