🌶️ Chili de Arbol Hot Sauce¶
A fairly spicy hot sauce that is perfect for tacos. They had their debut at chorizo taco night.
Ingredients¶
- 1/2 Dried Cup Chili de Arbol Peppers
- 1-2 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
Instructions¶
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Stem and de-seed the chili peppers
- Place them evenly in a cast iron and toast in the oven for 5-10 min
- Take the cast iron out of the oven and soak the peppers in water for 30min
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. Add the oil in slowly as you blend to let it emulsify
- Cool and serve
